Why did the New York Times cover End Jew Hatred?

Dear friends,

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind for all of us at The Lawfare Project, and I am sure things have been no less busy for all of you. I want to take a few moments to pause and reflect on all we have accomplished. Now more than ever, it is important to remind ourselves why we fight for Jewish civil rights around the world. Check out our major highlights below!

Along with our other partners at the End Jew Hatred movement, we mobilized activists and allies around the world to demand JusticeForSarahHalimi.

After weeks of massive demonstrations around the world, the French government listened to our demands and is changing the law that allowed Sarah's murderer to evade justice.

End Jew Hatred activists were featured prominently in the New York Times:

Prosecute anti-Jewish crimes as hate crimes!

We partnered with 15 other organizations to demand state attorneys general start correctly prosecuting antisemitic crimes as hate crimes. Our letter states: "We call on you to enforce the law and act to protect Jewish communities under attack. Prosecute these assaults on Jews as hate crimes under the relevant hate crime statutes."

Finally, make sure to read the articles below, including a piece I wrote for Newsmax, and stay informed:

There is still so much work to be done, and none of it will be possible without all of you. We will never stop fighting Jew-hatred wherever it occurs. We thank you for your continuous support that makes this work possible.

Sincerely,

Brooke Goldstein
