Stand up to discrimination!
Dear friends,
These past few weeks have been trying times for all of us. I just want to remind you, regardless of events in the Middle East, hostility and discrimination towards Jews is never acceptable.
We all have rights under the law to enjoy a harassment-free workplace or school experience and these rights cannot be violated on the pretense of social justice or any geopolitical conflict.
If you or anyone you know has been experiencing discrimination at work, on campus, or elsewhere on the basis of Jewish or Zionist identity, please contact us. We provide pro bono legal services to help our clients pursue justice and equal rights under the law. Our team of in-house lawyers and extended network of attorneys have successfully represented victims of workplace harassment, campus bullying, and discrimination in a myriad of other environments.
The mainstream media is finally starting to pay attention to violent antisemitism, thanks to the hard work of our coalition partners at the End Jew Hatred movement and supporters like you. But Jew-hatred in the workplace and on campus is rampant and goes largely unreported. It’s up to all of us to call it out and fight this menace to the greatest extent the law allows.
Your employer or school administrators may not use the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as an excuse to curtail your rights in any way. Our workplace discrimination practice is all about helping clients stand up for themselves and make a difference in the fight against systemic antisemitism in American life. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have been the victim of any form of discrimination because of your Jewish or Zionist identity. The Lawfare Project will be your voice and do everything we can to secure justice on your behalf.
Sincerely,
Brooke Goldstein
