Lawfare Project cautions Barnard College against hosting NGO affiliated with terrorist organization

Earlier this week, The Lawfare Project learned that Barnard College was slated to host an event tomorrow night featuring Addameer, a purported Palestinian "human rights" NGO with deeply rooted connections to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). The PFLP is a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.

Concerned about Barnard's potential exposure to liability under U.S. federal law that prohibits material support for terrorism, The Lawfare Project sent a letter to Barnard President Sian Beilock, the text of which is available here.

We hope the letter proves helpful in guiding Barnard to take swift and decisive action and to ensure that terror-connected groups and individuals are not welcomed onto its campus.
